i haven't posted for while, i've been watching something interesting unfold. B26 is gone! and so is Ferris, well... kinda, heres what happened:
When Damian returned after a major timetravel battle with Ferris he managed to get back to the present day and TP (not sure exactly what happened) when he opened his skull up, but past Ferris had proved to be much more problematic.
i was following Sylar, i really wanted the clarsentiance power that he had, but i had to make sure that no-one noticed what was actually happening, he was with alot of people. never the right time. but watching a steller fight between him and those Petrelli brothers was well worth sticking around for! i got kicked by one the flying guys' legs and fell out a window, i used TK to break my fall. Ferris turned up.
"long time no see" he says. at first i didn't know who he was.
"who are you?" i asked him.
"Ferris, your friend Damian killed future me, remember?" i looked around, there were alot of people, but then something great happened! i had a good idea, just make us invisible! so there we were. invisible, as i watched Sylar and one of the Petrelli's fly off he lunged at me, i flipped out of the way and shot some electricity at him, it was almost a dead hit but he rewinded time and he dodged it. he was smart, probably around 30. i TKed him against a tree and started taking his power, he suddenly teleported us to Nevada. Las Vegas. it was a dark alley way and it was a cold night, there were many people and i couldn't use my powers, something was blocking it. i hit him over the head with a garbage can, i turned to see Death and Ferris across the street, i made myself invisible and though i shouldn't have killed Ferris, i did. but the weird thing was that nothing had changed when i got back. Tempest had called and asked about Ferris, i told him but half way through the story he abruptly hung up.
i was going through time, alot. future. past. i couldn't control it. i came to a complete stop at a room full of people, watching 2 people, i didn't recognise one of them, a girl and a boy were there, the boy was kinda short and chubby, while the girl was slim and tall. they lit up their hands in unison to show flames (the boy) and small particle explosions (the girl), the flames from the boy changed color but they were always flames. i edged closer, i saw that Tingle was looking at me, i raised my finger to my lips and shushed him, i did the same to me (future me), and everyone else in the room. i looked behind me, a man was standing there, no-one knew it, red lightning shot at the the boy and girl, the flames shot through the ceiling while partcles around the room exploded everywhere, i tried to teleport but it wouldn't work, i sped out the building and watched as a room of the former B26 building exploded. the rest of the building was fine, that is. it didn't collapse.
i then remembered Tempest's cousin, she could make stuff explode, and the girl looked like her, though i cant be sure as it was night time and there was only light from the boys flames, which didn't actually show her whole face. in a moment of stupidity i called Tempest, a heard his cell phone ringing as it plummeted to the ground in front me, miraculasly it wasn't broken. i picked it up, seeing that it was someone else calling him, the voice on the other side said:
"you cant stop me Cleo, i can redo and undo everything. i know Ferris was a threat, but trust me... i am Auran." he hung up and imediatly i thought of Howard, i hadn't seen him for a while. this raised so many questions. like WHO did i kill in Las Vegas? and why did that explosion happen? all in all: what the hell is going on?

Cindy?
it came to my attention that i took EM from aunt Sophia but Linda said that i actually took IA from aunt Cindy, since Cindy could reverse the age of things i dont see how that adds up, she could've accidentily said it and not realised, or its a test. i asked Linda (who had found me) about this, the others were in the next room, so we were quiet.
"i guess i flubbed those" she answered.
"i dont even need an ability to tell that thats a lie!" i held her up with TK and started to freeze her legs, she was trying to use telepathy on me but i resisted.
"Okay!" i'd broken her spirit, she answered: "its because Cindy and Sophia are that same person, well kinda... Sophia mimicked IA from someone called Samson Gray after she stole a power replication ability, she learnt to use it as EM and she made a clone of herself using a power she'd mimicked. she gave them a whole new look using a power that can forever change a face, it wasnt just illusion. Sophia gave her a mind, likings, dislikes memories and then she took all the powers that Cindy had and transfered one over to her-" i interupted.
"age manipulation" i concluded.
"yeah" she answered. i began to think about why she would do that.
"why? why go to all that trouble?" i asked her.
"The real Cindy from my dads side died at the hand of me, i was just getting used to my powers. i was thirteen and Sophia knew that i would be practically disowned for killing family, she'd taken alot of powers, mental manipulation, telepathy, mind powers mostly. she helped me fix it, she could'nt heal Sophia so she took uncle Anthony's power, and copied Samson Grays IA, you know the rest, she mimicked everyone in the families powers, transferred Cindy's mind into the new body and... we have the new Cindy." she answered. i'd wondered how she knew so much, i doubt that she would know EVERYTHING about her family, it then occured to me that she probably had clarsentiance or something. this is all so confusing! i should stop asking questions for a while, just get back to basics, no more answers. though i did wonder why she didn't kill Samson for his power, maybe he played a pivotal role in future or something. i dont know. at least now i know what Linda's first power was: Age Manipulation.

Dying Of Yourself
It looks like we wont need a plan for Death.
i realised yesterday that most of what we are is what people expect us to be, but that small peice of you that is whoever you want or wish to be is what makes all the difference. today that peice of me told me that i want to stop Death and that i need people. we all need to work together, after all: we're stronger together than we are apart.
it started when i got back, i walked in on all of my friends being held hostage by Death and Ferris(well i was looking through the keyhole). as Death was making them scream with pain by who knows how, Ferris held Damian up by his neck. they disapeared. Tempest tried to shoot electricity at Death, but he kept shocking himself before he could shoot it. i turned into water, i seaped underneath the door, i was slowly going forward to Deaths feet, i had to stop him, he had made Tempest see this hullucination or something! Healthbar was unconsious, as was Playwrite, Pete and Precog, there was someone else but their face was covered in blood so i cant say who. i know that it was a girl with red hair and who looked about Temp's age. Tingle was nowhere in sight. i used TK to throw Death, i turned back into me and shot a fire ball at him, he caught on fire but his concentration wasn't broken, i felt a surge of energy, but it wasn't involentary, my arms were full of electricity and fire. i shot him! he was unconsious and was encased in flames. the hotel room was filling up with them too, i could see that he was still alive, but i left him there without taking his power, he deserved to suffer, he was after all being burnt alive. the room was full of flames and smoke, Tempest was in and out of consiousness and so were the others. i grabbed everyone with TK and tossed them out the window, (dont worry!) i sped after them and i too jumped, i used a combination of TK and fire to stay up in the air while a gently had them floating with me. you see i saw Jonny Storm (The Fantastic Four) use pyro and to fly, so i figured i could do it! i had one hand shooting flames for extra speed and using TK at the same time and the other was holding my friends up. i stopped people from see us using illusion and after alot of energy, alot of time and alot of flying we were at TP.
i got inside with the others, whom i still used TK to carry. i put them in the basement on beds and walked up to the others. Ali was the first to say:
"welcome back!" she hugged me and continued: "i knew that you wouldn't give up on this!"
Omni raced up to me holding a drawing of this event, "i knew you could do it!" i hated being congratualated for being a hero. so i went and apoligised to Tayla.
"i'm sorry" i said, i was sincere but it still didn't feel good saying it.
"thats fine" she said.
i looked at the clock i could hardly believe it! it was the next day! i walked down to basement to see how everyone was doing, Dave had healed Healthbar first so that they could heal the others faster, Tempest was still a bit shaken from the things that he'd seen via Death, but we all reassured him. i asked about Tingle, but they said that they didn't know, as Damian was with him just before Death came in, it was what warned them. i turned around to see Linda, but no-one else could, since there was no way that i could see her, i thought that it must just be a hullucination after all the stuff from today, so i walked through her. then she said:
"to regain is to retry" and before i could turn around, she was gone. i called my team in for a meeting, just my TP team.
"Ferris is not your business, but what is your business is people like us, so from now on we have to take percausions!" they nodded. the newbie called Samantha (Roxy's new partner, since West quit) raised her hand.
"what do we do about that?" she asked. i thought and then continued.
"all of the teams, will all be on the look out for people who could be a danger to people like us, and look for people like us. Charlie and Ali will fly over plces and see if they can see any unusual activity, Elle and Stan will watch LA, you know patrol and stuff while Roxy and Samantha will (since samantha has technopathy) will try and see what B26 is up to. then Omni will try and see what will happen if that happens, then you go and stop it."
"ok" she answered."what about me and Geoff?" asked Tayla.
"you two are gonna go after someone from the files" i said. the others groaned, they wanted to go after bad guys, but i said to them: "they'll called you if the they need you" they all smiled a bit about that.

i'm sure that we've all noticed that their are some... holes in all the history that Linda has told me, for all i know it could all be a lie, but the most notable was Howard being part of the company, unless primatech is'nt the company Linda was referring to, and the artificial stats power that i had wasn't linked to primatech but to something else, i asked Linda about this but she didn't say anything, i might devote a bit of time for thinking about this. i'm so going to use claresentiance on Linda to see what she's hiding

back to where i started.
i've only lived in australia for a few days, but i have noticed the following things: they drive on the left side of the road, their cop shows are really good, they have soap opera's on during the day, during primetime, in the morning on certain days and at midnight, and they actually have a lot of great TV shows.
i'm working at a fast food place called Subway (best food ever!) i had handed a chicken terriaki sub to some kid when time stopped. Linda appeared, i thought about taking her powers but i remembered that i had EM. i had her powers already. she walked up to me:
"i'm not here to talk you into going back to your 'stable life' or your predictably good one, i'm just here to say that Death is on the move. Cindy took a copying ability and copied IA from someone called Samson Gray, she learnt to use it as EM. so did you."
i knew this style, she was trying to give me more answers so that i'll trust her.
"i read your thoughts, and yeah i am trying to gain your trust but thats because we're FAMILY. and families trust eachother" she answered. "c'mon give your grandmother a hug." she said. i was hesitant, both because she looks almost the same age as me and it would seem weird and she is on the fence when it comes to trust. i went and hugged her anyways. what came next was:
"arrgggahh!" i screamed, she had taken my powers. she was quicker than me at that. all my powers were gone except: super speed, electric manipulation, telekinesis, water mimicry, cryo, pyro, phasing and illusion.
"sorry it had to come this" she said. i shot her with electricity, time resumed and i ran. i'm not sure where i was going, in fact i might never figure it out. i'm going to go back to DC. eventually. i just need to do one thing today: kill someone! i walked up to an old man (hey, he was old, he could've gone at anytime), he didn't have a power but i killed him anyways. i might stop off at LA for a bit aswell, then i'll go back to DC.

Moving On
today i used clarsentiance on Linda, i had to know everything that she's keeping a secret. i found out where the family used to live: Las Vegas.
after some gambling at a few casino's (i won SO MUCH money!) i searched the name 'Tavara', when time stood still (literally), it was someone who didn't have space time manipulation, but had the same power as me.
"who are you?" i asked her, she wasn't in the primatech intel.
"so i'm not in the primatech intel?" she asked, she had read my mind, well since she was multipowered, then i guess i should've seen that coming. "well Cleo, you clearly dont know who i am. i'm Sophia. your aunt." i was taken aback for about a second, and realised that i shouldv'e expected that.
'great more hidden relatives' i thought.
"i heard that!" she said. she teleported us to an old mine in australia. it was so we could talk, i didn'actually think that Sophia was gonna kill me, she was probably about 60 so i knew i could run off from any normal sixty year old, but who knows what SHE'S capable of. i was sick of finding answers, i just wanted power. and she had lotsof 'em.
i made clones of myself. she copied me exactly, in every move and every breath, she had some sort of control power, but it wasn't long before i realised that she was controling me, she wasn't adapting to how i move. she had my power, but she had clearly only used it once, and that was to obtain EM. she had a large arsenal of abilities, but i'm still better.
"dont you have questions?" she asked me.
"yeah, tons. but life is wasted on the past." i answered. i shot electricity at her, she used a forcefield to stop it. i sped at her, i was intent on knocking her out. she used terrakinesis to lengthen a mineshaft out. i tried to use TK to push her into it but before i knew it i was in a cave. she had the upper hand. but i proceeded to take her ability. she tried to fight back but i had nulled her powers. before i could deliver my new catchphrase (its kinda fun when you have the right sign off) she was dead.
"you'd think she would've put up a fight" i said to myself. then my hands began to glow bright, they continued to change from power to power, from pyro to cryo, from electricy to augmentation. i was overwhelmed with power. i concentrated hard. they went back to normal and i teleported to Damians school, i needed to ask what he knew about power overloads, it seemed logical as he has lots of powers and i remember he had trouble controlling them at first.
"why do you ask?" it was between trig and chemistry, so all this powers and sciency stuff was fresh in his mind.
"cos i took alot of powers, i dont know what they were but afterwards i got this surge of energy i felt like i was gonna explode!" i answered.
"well i dont know much about it, go to TP, they probably miss you over there, and Tayla might know something" i nodded, and thanked him. i used my newly aquired space/time manipulation to go TP.
i arrived and i realised something: my life is so predictable! i hated that i had followers, i like having a challenge, TP is not a challenge. i teleported somewhere that i could have a fresh start, somewhere that was crawling with untouched pwered people: australia. Tempest, Damian and TP, i'm sorry but i'm going to somewhere that is boring and has no dangers of governent conspiracies.

The final stage
To stop Ferris: Damian, Linda and I can stop him, if he teleports then Damian knows where he went, when we find him i'll shoot him with Black Lightning, weakening him. Linda stays and kills him while Damian and i go after Death. the important thing for this is to make sure that they have no idea whats going to happen, so we'll all have to be invisible.
To stop Death: Tempest and the others will ambush him just before we get there. Playwrite, Damian and i will block his power while i also create an illusion of his undead family, that'll throw him off guard. THEN i'll kill him.
where: the train yard where we got Charlie.
Death will follow us, his team will know where we are and he'll come and try to kill us, then we put the plan into action. simple right?

Information of ancestry & History... Finally!
As you may have read in Tempest's blog post, we're still on the prowl for Death.
i was talking to Linda earlier today, i was just wondering about my ancestry, as anyone with powers would.
After some heavy probing and having to overcome her mind blocks, i finally got some information.
"your grandfather did have a power, it was shape shufting, i'd actually gained it through empathic mimicry just before transferring it to Mia. He was nice, handsome, pale as a ghost. my father was a time traveller, my mother was where i inherited my power, and my sister Tina is a year older than me, she was the unfortunate one. the powers skipped a generation with her" Linda explained.
"ok" i thought for a second, when i was about to continue she was already answering my question:
"Ferris and Death were friends in school. Ferris and Death (who was named Dennis back then) would jump through time alot, usually into the future. then one day they came back from a future where the entire world knew about people like us, we were hunted down and imprisoned. Ferris and Death blamed the man who was going to tell the world on the day in which they were from. my father, Jim. he had planned to tell everyone what we could do. knowing what would happen, Ferris and Death took it into their own hands and killed him. this started Death and Ferris' insane opinion of Tavara's, that they were all going to betray the world." I nodded, beggining to understand. sort of.
"Ultimatly they were trying to save the world, but it wasn't long until my mother had found out about their distrust and their continuing murders of people that they thought could be 'potential hunters' of EH's. my mother was an extremist who deeply and truly believed that people with powers are gods, and that gods punish people. she used black lightening to negate Death's ability and tried to deal with Ferris, since she had super speed she could take him on when time was stopped, then i guess she shot a full blast of electricity, which i guess missed him since thats the blast that ended up killing my sister, Tina. then Ferris killed my mother, he and Death disapeared for a few years, i'd lost count, that, BTW happened when i was about 18, i had a range of powers by then, healing was one of them, which my mother let me take. Both of them had caught up with me, Death had his power back, he negated all my healing. he was still a fairly respectable person, but that was the day i had kinda 'ruined' his life." now i was interested!
"what'd you do?" i wondered. we were both in the heatlamp room of B26, the others were all on seperate missions assigned by Tempest and Damian.
"i sent a message. i knew where his parents lived, i killed them. hence the ruining of his life"
i had no idea that Linda was like that! awesome!
"it wasn't awesome! he made a vow to kill my entire family! except Ferris, since he had always hated our family, we were always wrapped up in using our powers for 'gods work', we weren't religous but we were still gods, well thats how we viewed ourselves, Ferris was always into having fun. Tina made up for lack of power by being the most popular girl in school and the smartest." i nodded and smiled, i suddenly had the idea that could kill Death! and for me to meet my extended family!
"what other family do i have?" i asked her.

i was talking to Linda earlier today, i was just wondering about my ancestry, as anyone with powers would.
After some heavy probing and having to overcome her mind blocks, i finally got some information.
"your grandfather did have a power, it was shape shufting, i'd actually gained it through empathic mimicry just before transferring it to Mia. He was nice, handsome, pale as a ghost. my father was a time traveller, my mother was where i inherited my power, and my sister Tina is a year older than me, she was the unfortunate one. the powers skipped a generation with her" Linda explained.
"ok" i thought for a second, when i was about to continue she was already answering my question:

The Stranger
It has been a day since my last post (which, FYI was my 50th post on this blog!) while Playwrite, Pete, and all the rest of Tempest's team (thats in DC) were going over the plans for Death (i'll let Temp tell you about it) i was at the Nevada desert!
BUT before i went to the desert i stole the ability to see an objects past by touching it, that way i could find more about Death, Linda and everything else thats going on!
so i was in the place that Death usually takes us (well that is, where he took the others the first time, and me and others the 2nd time), I touched the chair that Death sat at.
i got these images of a radioactive man and... Wireless! except she was Hana Gitleman. then for a long time after that Death was bringing people to that place and he just sat there while they screamed. he was usually typing on a computer, mostly emails to someone called "Voyager", it seemed suspicious given that he wrote things like: "i can kill anyone, just say the word" and "if they come within 100 miles of you then consider them shark bait". i skipped to the more recent events:
Us. Tempest, Damian, Linda and I. there were about 2 others aswell but i cant remember them, i didn't know them which makes it hard and (in true form) my sight was blurred.
"what are you gonna do to us?" Linda was choked up and couldn't really speak.
"I'm gonna kill you, and as for the other 3, i'll just torture until they tell me where the rest of the Tavara's are." He answered with that raspy voice that i hate, it was full of arrogance and triumph. oh how i loathed him! "the best part of all this, is that you wont be alive by the end of the day, and neither will the rest of the Tavara's"
he then started to type to 'Voyager' (he could be Ferris!) i could'nt see the message but i'm guessing that he was saying that he had us.
"how would they know?" i asked him. he turned around, i started to feel the burning in my eyes again.
"i'm not sure" he said, he was still in the chair and he was running a long finger nail down the side of it. "anything is possible these days" he answered.
He was then shot with a taser dart. a man with a mask over his head ran in. he put his hand on Death's head, then he did the same to us, i guess he erased our memories.
i went back to DC, i told them all of the encounter and then i began writing this.

Times Change
This takes place after Tempests blog posts:
Death is scary. everyone has been trying to think of some way to stop him, Linda knows him best, but she isn't exactly honest. i was spending some time in trying to find new perspectives and leads to beat Death. i soon asked Linda if Howard knew him.
"yeah. he knew him, he tried his hardest to take his power and use it to destroy the people who betrayed him."
"like who?" i asked.
"me, his old team who left him," then she thought: 'Ferris'. then all i got was static.
"Ferris?" i asked her, she realised that she had let her guard down.
"He was a time traveller, he was my brother. Ferris went through time and whenever he came back he made it his duty to stop whatever terrible future was coming, he stopped Howard from joining Primatech in an effort to stop the company from being created" she told me.
Healthbar and Tempest walked up. they were supporting the injured West.
"i tried to heal him, but he wouldn't heal" Healthbar told me.
"thats ok, i'll try" Linda answered. Linda's healing was a different form of healing, she said that she had taken it from a guy who had copied it from a another guy called Linderman. the art collector! wow, all this stuff really is connected.
it didn't require her to touch the person, she just waved her hand. But West's injuries only partially healed. Death.
"but how?" the others asked. i had just told them that Death had made Wests injuries unhealable.
"i don't know" i said. "but i have an idea" answered.
Healthbar, Linda, Dave and I gathered around West. Dave began to heal first, then Healthbar started, Then i started using resurection (it can restore life) and then Linda began using her very strong form of healing. West slowly healed and he was back in full form. Linda sent him back to TP.
then out of nowhere Chan turned up! he had bronze eyes! but how? John didn't know him, Mia was dead and as far as i knew there was no-one else with persuasion. But he turned up in my hotel room. i was off guard and i was kicked across the room. it didn't take long to get him on the ground thanks to Tempest, Linda and Damian. (we were all looking over our plans for Death).
The command from Mia had obviously resurfaced. it was imprinted into him, and no amount of telepathy could stop it. It was either let him destroy everything, or kill him. we all tried one last feeble attempt at overiding his mind but zero, nada, zilch happened.
"who wants to?" i asked. Chan was being held on the ground by Damians TK. i had to make it painless, i did want to kill someone (i haven't been doing that lately) so i just took his aura (with his ability to feel pain nulled) and he was gone. Linda went and buried him, i don't know where she buries the bodies but since no-one's found them i gotta say that i'm fine with that.
Damian, Linda and I all went to an old museum in the hope of finding someone with a power. (we would decide who would get it when we found out what power it was) When all of a sudden i saw red. i felt a huge gust of wind and turned up in Japan! not like the "now" japan, but past Japan! (that or the future is gonna go backwards). i was in a village, i was kicking myself for taking italian! i had to wade through alot of people until i found someone who could speak english! he was english and the stats power showed him as Adam Monroe! that was weird since the company wasn't going to be created until the 70's.
"Adam Monroe?" i asked.
"not many people around here speak english! i'm Kensei. not this Adam person" he answered.
"where am i?" i asked. he looked at me strangley.
"been hitting the sak'e?" he asked.
"huh?" i asked.
"beer!" he answered, he continued: "this is Otsu, and i must say that i like it here, just then i was given this brilliant sword by a swordsmith in exchange for protection from whitebeard and his army" he showed me a sword with the helix on it! i noticed that he had a dorment power, but Adam Monroe had rapid cell regeneration. i kept the conversation going:
"what does that symbol mean?" i asked, eyeing the helix.
"it is a combination of characters. 'great ability', 'godsend'" he answered. "though it has many other meanings, since it's on a weapon i assume that it stands for something like 'battle brave' or something similar"
i nodded and was about to take his aura when Ferris turned up! i used the stats power to recognise him as i knew he wasn't from around there, he was dressed like someone from the future. he held a sword with him. he lunged at Kensei. i understood my power now, the red was like a supercharger! and by going fast you can travel through time! back to what was going on:
i knew a few sword tricks, i had to defend Kensei or who know's what could happen to history! i grabbed Kensei's sword and combatted Ferris well. he stopped time, but i could still move. he and i got into a rather large battle. i knocked him out, returned the sword to Kensei, and erased his memory of the event. i supercharged myself (with my hand on Ferris's shoulder) and was in a very odd place. the 60s. i left him there without taking his powers, it could disrupt history. i went back to the minute i had left the museum. to them i just disapeared and reappeared.
Death had just walked in, he and another figure i recognised very well: Ferris! this was how Death had been getting around! Ferris stopped time so that everyone in the museum stopped, except us.
"now you die" Death announced in a raspy voice. i could see him clearly now, he was dressed in normal clothes. his face was as white as a ghost, and twice as scary. before we knew it we were on the ground, i suddenly did something i never though i'd do: create an army. i doubled myself.
all the clones had one specific power, each focused on our captors. Death and Ferris were gone in a flash and time restarted. my clones dissapeared and a person with the power of clarsentiance walked by. none of us were in the mood to kill OR take. we just teleported back to the hotel room where discussions raged on about how to combat Death.

Hacker
if you've read TP then you know where we left off, now we're at Coyote Sands, i guess we just needed to dig, not research the archives and google random stuff. its feels like googling your own name sometimes, you know that there is nothing thats actually about you, (unless you're famous) but you still get addicted at finding out about the people with the same last name as you (i pity Joseph Stallon and Hitler's decendants).
when Tempest and a couple of his friends showed up, we wasted no time in going to Coyote Sands. unfortunatly there were people digging where we planned on digging (Linda had pointed us to it). we all had the same idea: They're special, and looking for answers, lets let them find ours for us. As we watched i read a few stats. Linda identified the man with the horn-rimmed glasses as Noah Bennet, while i recognised the blonde girl as the one who jumped off the gravel tower. while we were all sitting there invisible i suddenly wondered how my stats power worked, Linda had heard my thoughts and answered: 'its a new agey power, it was crafted by a professer, its a synthetic power that links directly to Primatech intelligence. basically it's like a search engine for names and powers.' i nodded.
it looked as though they had found something, but before i could get a good look at it we were all back at the library, it was being cleaned up by the government, we couldn't remember what had happened and we all had a headache. Damian had the helix on his wrist and each of us had a few cuts and bruises, if it was Death, it was a very unusual pattern. he's not with John anymore so i guess he's capable of anything.
i realised that we were all very visible. i made us all disapear and Linda took us all to B26, into the heatlamp room.
"why here?" Damian asked Linda.
"three words: hacking the mainframe" she answered.
"but that'll take a while, i doubt its just a simple password" Tempest, was very practical and i agreed.
"i didn't say that we'd be doing the hacking" she gave a smirk that i recognised as something that both me and Mia had displayed when we were either thinking of a joke or a brilliant plan, this was the latter. She summoned a computer, it had a voice coming from it, her name was Wireless. she needed to be connected to the computer to save time. Linda stopped time, Damian and i could move in the frozen time too, because he had time stopping and i had superspeed. we all moved through the building, i made sure that a few agents got scolded with coffee though. Linda connected Wireless to a computer and she began hacking. before long we had a lot of info on who had been caught and who hadn't. we reappeared in the heatlamp room. success!!!! except for the virus that Wireless had picked up, it was frying the computer. i emailed the file to Tayla, with specific instructions to memorise as much as she could. computer shut off and we all knew that we had gotten somewhere today! i summoned Dave and he healed us, but he couldn't heal our memories, they had effectivley been taken, he couldn't get rid of the helix's on our arms (Temp, Damian, Linda and I). but besides that this has been a fairly productive day. now i'm chilling and writing this on a computer that i summoned, i'm thinking about taking a power tomorrow, i have'nt done that for a while. Linda sent Dave back to TP, BTW.

Mission
i have to say this: I have gathered the best of my team to track down my answers! we're going to kill Death, uncover the secrets of my family and ALL specials and then come back. i got Linda to take me to Tempest, i wanted him on my team, but it was a no go. but something did come out of that trip: Justin. i good have sworn i'd killed him, but you never know these days.after a brief attempt at killing him (again), Temp, Lina and i were at TP.
"...and thats why we need you" i concluded.
"i cant, i'm staying with my team right now. when are you gonig to send the plans? then i can help you" he answered.
"screw the plans!" i exclaimed.
" i have to go back," he said, "Linda, can you take me back please?" Linda took him back.
i have brought together my best teams, Stan and Elle, Ali and Charlie. Stan and Elle are good shooters, while Ali and Charlie have a good 'fly in inventor' feel. Ali showed me a new invention: a pen which extends into a very long (and strong) magnut. my new team (which will be away in DC, which is where most of our answers are,) i wont be able to update via blog but i'll update as soon as i get back as it may be too dangerous to say whats going on when i'm so close to B26, i wont be gone too long. "screw the plans!" i exclaimed.
" i have to go back," he said, "Linda, can you take me back please?" Linda took him back.
i have brought together my best teams, Stan and Elle, Ali and Charlie. Stan and Elle are good shooters, while Ali and Charlie have a good 'fly in inventor' feel. Ali showed me a new invention: a pen which extends into a very long (and strong) magnut. my new team (which will be away in DC, which is where most of our answers are,) i wont be able to update via blog but i'll update as soon as i get back as it may be too dangerous to say whats going on when i'm so close to B26, i wont be gone too long. Stan, Elle, Ali and Charlie all want to be back in 2 days, so thats when we'll be back.

death is a powerful thing
it seems like working for a company that has to be secretive AND productive is hard, but since Tempest left about an hour after i got back, then i'll tell you EXACTLY what happened in that short hour:
i told him i'd send Charlie and Ali to deliver him the plans, we were talking about what to do about Death when (right on cue) he comes through the door! without bronze eyes! he was brutally outnumbered, but to him it could've been 1 or 100 people. he still would have taken us down.
we were on the floor. ALL of us, while he looked at my helix scar he was saying something, i couldn't make it out because he had my hearing shut down. as we all lyed there he began to kneel next to each of the others, rendering them unconscious, except me.
"get up" he said to me. i could move and hear again, but he had blurred my sight badly.
"what do you want?" i asked him, i tried to freeze him, TK him and even take his power, but he had my powers blocked.
"same thing i've always wanted for the Tavara's. i want you and your family to suffer for ruining my life!" he yelled, the others were still unconscious but i'd forgotten about Viv and Maddie! Maddie had come earlier and had come across this (what she was doing here, i'll never know) she took over Deaths body.
Death's hold began to weaken, i was able to see clearer, but not enough to make out his face. Maddie was able to get him on the ground long enough for me to kill him. but she was thrown out of his body, she landed on her feet. Viv had seen her be thrown out and instantly rushed to her, but Death was back. it seems like an ability immunity moment, he had her on the ground. Viv was answering Maddie:
"dont die!" she yelled, but Maddie became visible and dropped to ground.
i turned back and Death had disapeared, the others were awake now. . Tempest pulled up his sleeve to reveal the helix.
"What does this have to do with me?" he asked, me. i was as in the dark as him, but i know one thing for sure: The Tavara's have secrets, and i needed to know them.
"i dont know what it has to do with you, i guess its just because you're really powerful" i answered. Chan, Omni and my team walked over: "what are we supposed to do?" chan asked me.
"i dont know" i answered.
"ya know for a girl who spends most of her time reading minds and travelling, you really have NO IDEA!" Tayla was angry, i can understand why, but i dont get why she's angry at me.
"look at us! there were 5 founders! one died, one lost their power, ones in cambridge, Omni is here trying to help people while you go after a bunch of people that are dangerous! and you drag us into it? i'm not asking you to give up, i get that you want answers. but you'll have to do it by yourself. alot of people have been hurt because of you" she walked off in a storm.
the others didn't go with her, but i could tell that they too had had enough of my problems, thats not why they joined. Tempest and the others were in another room, we all said goodbye and they were off.

Returning
this will be a short post: Maddie and Viv didn't show up for the next appointment (there'll be details on TP Co. blog soon). i have returned to LA for good, though i will miss the beaches of Miami. i'm still thinking about my plans for trapping Death, i'll get Tempest and his team to look over it (they're good planners) then we might just get rid of John and his wack-jobs! i couldn't believe the day that TP had! Tempest might tell ya', and if doesn't, then i sure will.

Plans
i have been hanging with Tempest (he got back from TP), we decided that w should kill Death, what ever the cost.
i had to know more about him, so i summoned the one person who knew the most: Linda Tavara.
"Death was a person of interest in the company, primatech. he managed to escape."
"i know that!" i exclaimed.
"well i caught up with him, i didn't work for the company but i did know of their operations. i prowled into the mind of one of thir agents, Noah Bennet" she took a breath and continued: "i had caught up with him, i had healing then. but Death (who i called Grim) was crafty, he was able to permanently stop my healing. i couldn't heal from anything! he began to cut 'the helix' into my arm" i looked down at my own arm, we both had it.
"why?" i asked her.
"Death knows that helix's secret, or at least he says he does. he aid that it linked all the EH's together, and that when all those people that have that helix on them come together, then they would be the most powerful people in the world."
"why us?"
"we are powerful" Linda answered.
"you were thinking about that guy Death, why didn't you warn me about him?"
"i never thought that you'd be so stupid as to try and find him" she answered.
"this is getting us nowhere! how do we stop him?" i asked.
"to stop a man who can kill you without moving, you have to be skilled, you need to weaken him. lull him into a false sense of security"
Tempest had been listening carefully.
"what if we sent someone in to take over his body?" he asked.
"we could but where would you find such a person?" Linda asked.
We both smiled, we got Linda to teleport us to TP, it wasn't gonna be easy to get Maddie on board, but we might be able to. i'll post back soon!

Deadly man strikes again
High school is boring! how could i have been so stupid as to think that anything supernatural would be here! Damian, is the only thing thats keeping us here, so we're staying. But as different people, i'm not going to be a student. which is where things started to get interesting...
"you have no idea what i'm talking about do you?" Asked Damian, i'd found him today, after school. he was just talking about how the teacher does trigonometry wrong.
"no i failed trig" i told him. "i failed as in a big fat zero"
"well at least you're excellent at addition!" cried Shifter "we have a situation at Techpower" she was about to hand me the phone when Tempest arrived after a frantic run down the street, he seemed to have heard about the "situation" at Techpower.
"We have bigger situations!!!" his voice showed so much fear that it was hard to tell if he still had an english accent. But sure enough, we could see the man appropriatly named 'Death' walking down the street with a powerful stride and a hood over his head so we couldn't see who he was.
Tempest shot one of those electric bubbles at him, i did the same, Damian tried to freeze him, burn him, he tried with everything he had. we all did. Shifter had turned into a ferocious tiger, and had been knocked out. it was no use. Death was able dodge all our attacks. i had just raised my hand to TK his head off when everything went dark.
We all awoke (with Shifter still in tiger form), i tried to raise my head but it was everything that the others (see "Death" post) had said. Tempest, Damian, and Shifter (now human) had all tried to look up but their heads had fallen from the pain.
"w-w-what are you?" i managed to get out. he was just standing there looking at a few old newspapers, then he turned around, he blurred our sights and our eyes started to burn.
"i am Death, just as you always call me" he answered, he had a raspy voice that i hated hearing but i had to so i get answers. i read his mind:
'who are these people? why cant i kill people in peace instead of them chasing me?' there was nothing helpful. then i noticed a ring on his finger with the helix on it, i used my enhanced sight to see if it was pure gold, my vision partially returned i telepathed the others and told them to try and use powers. i tried to command him to let us go, but the fact that had given me a bad headache meant that i couldn't put a thought in his head.
"Since your little friends got away the first time, i think that its time that my team helped with... making sure that doesn't happen again." Two people stepped out of the shadows of the building we were in, i couldn't see their faces, so i cant say who they were but i knew their powers.
The one on the left was a tracker, they could find anything or anyone in the world, another was like the sender to my summoner, they could send things to places. This was how the others were caught!
"isn't there another?" Shifter had asked a good question, her hand was paritally a cat claw now.
"yes, and i believe you call her: Snowy"
we were all taken aback that the fluffy cat was a minion of Death! i shot him with some black lightning, it was enough to escape. Shifter stayed and clawed him, leaving him some blood to wake up to. The Sender, sent a sword at us, it got Shifter threw the head. I didn't have enough time toresurect her but i still did, then i saw that i should've left her. Death had awoken and was angry, his powers were almost at full form agian, he was powerful. The Tracker, a fit boy of about Damian's age went after Tempest and Damian, i didn't see the 3 of them came back so i could only assume that they were all making a good escape.
Death stood the way i always imagined he would stand, he stood blankly, and coldly. i good see the surroundings now, we were all in the nevada desert! Tempest and Damian could escape via flight but i was still worried about them, they cant use that power forever! they could get tired! the nevada desert is a big one, so i had good reason for concern. Death had his back to us, he turned around. my sight didn't blur, when i asked Shifter telepathically, she said that hers didn't either. i could see him as clearly as i could now, he had a long nose and a pale face with blood on it but the rest of his features were unseen because of his hood.
"i'm going to kill you!" i meant it, i usually do when it comes to death threats.
"look at yourself" he told me. "do you really think that you're in a position to threaten me? or anyone for that matter?" he turned his sights on my arm, he began using his power to form the helix, it stung like a bitch. i looked at my arm, it had the helix on it, i knew by how deep it was that it'd be there for a long time. He didn't do the same to Shifter. i read his mind: 'Cleo really has no idea about what i am, its funny really. since we're practically the same'
"you're a monster!!" i answered. "at least i had a reason to kill!"
"your 'reasons' were pathetic" he answered.
He released me, and before i could shoot him with fire, electricity or something, The Sender had sent me back to Miami. i ran back to our HQ (a really cool hotel) i opened the window so that Tempest and Damian could get threw. they just arrived now! we were all too tired to tell eachother what happened, i only told them that Shifter was probably dead, and they only told me that they had had a big chase. they'll both probably say what happened on their blogs.

Starting a new plan
I hav'nt posted for a couple of days, i didn't have much time. Tempest needed some help, i had originally sent West and few others, but they texted me and the others at TP co, they needed help so Tayla, Charlie, Dave, Tayla, Elle, Stan, ok just everybody in TP went to help! i sped there and summoned them to us. Read Temp's blog post if you want to know the full story.
Tayla has been persistent of being a field agent since Sage made her a receptionist! after the huge battle at the eiffel tower, i've finally given her the chance, she's Geoff's new partner!!!
We're all back at Techpower, the basement is large and i summoned up beds for everyone (Shifter doesn't like people sleeping on the couch).
Tempest. Omni, Precog and i were talking (again) about the visions of the people torturing me and i forgot the other person (i think it was Damian).
After the conversation that could spell my demise, i proceeded to tell Tempest about "Death", the guy i told you about in the last post.
"That person is horrible!" he said in his english accent.
"i think he had accomplices, theres no way he could find out that i sent people to look for him, and theres definatly no way that he could find them just like that!" I said to him (who was drinking one of Chans famous slushies)
"he cant get them into the Nevada desert so easily, either" he told me, i nodded, but my attention drifted away to Stan, who had Ali and Diffy throwing frisbee's in the air so he could practice his shooting, he used a silencer. (of course! imagine if he used his actual gun!).
I began to wonder why i hired him and took him away from his life, i read his mind, he was having fun being in my world, but he had his doubts about his future as an agent.
My mind turned back to Tempest, who was watching Precog teach Omni how to draw the future, rather than just dream it.
"Where do we go from here?" I asked, him. He paused for a few seconds, then answered.
"we go to miami, you can pretend to be a student, you need to help Damian AND keep the school safe. remember, you cant trust people these days, they could be people who have illusion or can kill you with a thought, like Death, or John."
I nodded.
Shifter walked in with a stray cat, it was fully white.
"can i keep her?" she asked me.
"where'd you get her?"
"she was sitting on the fence, i turned into a cat and asked her if she had an owner she said 'no', so i can keep her?"
"fine, can i name her?" I asked, i liked naming things, i could always think of the best names for people and animals.
"Snowy" i said. i went back to talking to Tempest.
"Whats my first mission?" Tayla had been asking me this for hours, i had to think of one that would get her shut up!
"i need you and Geoff to go to..." i had no idea what to say next so i just telepathed her into, you know... not being so excited!
Tempest, Shifter and I left for Miami that night, i left TP in Chan and Omni's "capable" hands. shifter flew as some kind of albatros, i flew using TK and Tempest also flew, so basically we were one big line of people with superpowers.
Shifter put plastic over the couch so that it was just the way she left it when she got back (she likes sleeping on the couch as a cat), and she left Snowy with the one person she knew would never forget to feed her: Tayla.
We decided that since Shifter can turn into any animal then she could be our look out pigeon.
i 'infiltrated' the school, i didn't see Damian that day, but i did see Jorge. We spoke breifly about John and called him a few names, then we parted ways, i went to my classes and he went to find Damian. and yes, Tempest was able to get me into the school rego system. First up was chemistry! i love chem! well the elements are what i love, it's always interesting to find out which one can blow up something better. (i bet Tayla was really good at school, she only needed to hear something once and suddenly she knew it).
"Today we will be learning about the theory of superhuman powers" the teacher said flatly.
i wish other schools were like this! this teacher wasn't special, and she didn't have any memories of people who were, she was genuinly going to teach us about this stuff!
